This beautiful, push –button, custom built 20 acre property features:

• Spacious 140′ x 84′ light and airy indoor riding arena complete with spectacular dustless Travelite footing and beautiful sun panels.
  • 12 x 14 oak tongue and groove stalls with premium rubber mats and large dutch doors allow for sunlight and ventilations. Each stall is complimented with individual stone-dust turnouts, fly spray system and individual ceiling fans.
  • Lined wash rack with hot and cold water, heat lamp and grooming area.
  • Beautiful finished heated tack room with full kitchen and restroom with shower.

  • Private 66ft Priefert round pen area.

A large gated entrance provides the facility with additional security and elegance.
• Horses are turned out 6+ hours daily individually or with a turnout buddy, fly spray application before turnout and blanketing during inclement weather.  Pasture horses receives early morning and night checks, on-site employee.
• This property compliments HHTRC’s original facility with indoor/outdoor arena and stall barn located at 31505 East Stringtown Road Greenwood Missouri.
